Oh, the delights of an evening walk which doesn’t involve rain!  No muddy dogs when we got back – and even the cat came along for her evening perambulation. We keep chickens and as a result, we eat a lot of eggs – my boys love them – boiled, baked, poached, scrambled or fried! I used to put the shells in the compost, but now I collect them in a bowl and let them dry out.
